• What is the policy if I am running late to my appointment?

  Kindly let us know beforehand if you anticipate being late. In the event of substantial lateness, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We get that plans change. Please try to give us a 48-hour heads-up if you need to cancel. If that's not doable, just let us know before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours won't be refunded.

  Yes, we have dedicated spaces in front or nearby public lots for your convenience.
